The “Workflow” is a dashboard where all the tasks generated for clients will be listed.

The tasks are generated based on how the clients are set up in the “Configuration panel” and how the tasks themselves have been set up under “Setup” -> “Processes”.


Whilst the “Workflow” tab is available to everyone, regardless of their assigned role in the PMT, which clients users are able to see, is dictated by their viewing rights in the “Manager” section. For more information on viewing rights, please see part user accesses.


As the “Workflow” contains all the generated tasks for clients, it is the main production control tool in the PMT and functions as a work item organizer. There are two tabs who offer different views of this production data and they have different properties.
