Schedules are used for work and break hours calculation and can be found in HR --> Schedules

Schedules can have one or more intervals and for each one, you need to set a name and a start date.

You will need to generate a daily schedule that outlines the specific work and break times for each day of the week. After creating these daily schedules, you can incorporate them into the overall schedule interval using drag and drop functionality.

For each daily schedule, it is necessary to assign a name, a code (for integration with other payroll systems), and the precise work and break times. It is important to ensure there are no gaps between work and break periods.

Each created daily schedule displays the total number of working hours and break intervals in brackets. These schedules can be edited or deleted. However, a daily schedule currently in use within an interval cannot be deleted. Additionally, existing schedules cannot be removed; they can only be made invisible.

After dragging each day's schedule into the interval, the system calculates and displays the total work hours and the weekly average. For employees with varying weekly schedules, you can add new weeks and set them up with different working hours. If an employee works bi-weekly, simply add a week without any scheduled days. After establishing the schedule interval, you can proceed to assign employees.
