Attest groups facilitate the creation of an approval flow within the Employee Application. These groups ought to include members who are regular employees and attestors, such as Approving Managers, who possess the authority to approve. To quickly view the details of an attest group, click on its name to expand the information.



Creating a New attest group:


 


Once you have clicked the "Add new attest group button", a new pop-up window with 3 steps will be displayed. 


   1. Step 1: You will be required to enter the Attest group name, select at least one Attestor, and choose which Attestor will be displayed in the members calendar. Click on Next.



   2. Step 2: Select the member that will be part of the attest group. Click on Next



   3. Step 3: Preview the selections made in step 1 and step 2. Click on Save.



The Attestors are users that have the privilege: "Attest time reports" and they will be able to Approve, Close, or Reject the time reports of any of the members in their Attest group.


Editing an attest group can be done by clicking the 'Edit' icon: 




Afterward, 'attestors' and 'attestees' can be added or removed from the Attest group by the same logic as creating the groups.


Please be aware that depending on your access and privilege you see all or some of the attest groups, attestors or members in the list.
