In this section, the payslips and the annual statements can be uploaded and published. For the upload, the corresponding button will be used.
In the Payslips page overview, you can see all the payslips uploads with information about the payslips period, the pay date, when they were uploaded and published, if the users were notified or not and the status:
By using the preview icon on the right of each upload, you can delete or unpublish the payslips and also see the matched and unmatched payslips in the below list, containing the employee number and the name of the employees.
The payslips match is done through the employee number which is a mandatory field in the payslips import file. The unmatched payslips are the one with employee numbers that could not be found in Cozone.
