How to setup static balances

When you want to add a new static balance, you need to go to Administration --> Reporting types --> Add new --> Balance type:

You will need to set a name for the balance type, unit, and limits:

The Amount and Quantity work only with static balance and you cannot have a live balance counting up or down with these units. Static balances are not using any calculations, they will be used like old balances and updated on regular basis.
