This article describes how to invite users to your Agreement account and share access to specific Contract Categories. The current access scheme was created in order to provide secure, restricted, and GDPR compliant access to the company's Agreement account so that users can safely manage contracts.
Users that activate the Agreement subscription for their company will receive Admin level access. Admins will be able to invite other users from their company, assign Agreement access to the users, if necessary, and share access to the contract categories. Users that have the 'Owner' permission can also invite users from their company to 'Agreement'.
Inviting users to Agreement:
You can invite a user to your company's Agreement by doing the following steps, the user will need an active account within your company CoZone account:
1. Select the Contract Category that you wish to share, 'Vendor' in this example
2. Click on the 'Users' Tab
3. Click on 'Select users'
4. Select the user from your company, to whom you want to grant access.
5. You can select one of the 3 levels of permissions for the user:
a. viewer - privilege to view contracts within the Contract Category
b. editor - privilege to edit contracts and to view the users within a category, on top of the viewer's privileges
c. owner - privilege to delete contracts and grant access to a category
6. Click on 'Save'
In the above case, user 'Invitation test' will have viewer permissions to the 'Vendor' contract category.
