The current access scheme was created in order to provide secure, restricted, and GDPR compliant access to the company's Agreement account so that users can safely manage contracts. This article describes the steps needed for an external user(the user's CoZone account was created on a different company than the Agreement account the user needs access to).


In order to grant access to a different companies Agreement account, the user needs to be added to a Control access group that contains the company, and assigned a role that contains the privilege 'Access to Agreement'. You can add the user to an access group by following the steps from the guide below:

The user can now access the company's Agreement account and can select it from the company dropdown list. Access to the contract categories will need to be requested by selecting the desired Contract category, then clicking on 'request access':



The company's Agreement admin will receive an email notification with the access request and can grant the access by following the steps in the guide below:
