Overview
The Administration section contains all the company-specific settings and company information.
This section is divided into 11 subsections, as follows:
General - The General settings
Here can be set several options for Payroll system, Reporting/Approvals, Employees details, Payslips/Annual statement, Team absence view, and Data retention.
1. Payroll system:
The payroll system can be selected from the drop-down list.

2. Approval:
Require approval for User changes - this option is used when a customer wants to approve all the changes made to users by the consultants or by themselves
Allow partial approval of time reports - having this option enabled, approves can attest only a part of the period ( a day, a week, etc.) without having to attest the entire time report
3. Users'view options:
From drop down list you can select if the company users will have the feature at attest group level or for the whole company visible under the tab Time -reporting - Team absences.
4. Payslips / Annual statement:
If below options are selected, the auto publish option will appear as default under Payslips section when Upload payslips/annual statement:
5. Data retention:
5,10 or 15 years option can be selected from the drop-down list
Payroll data retention must be equal or shorter than HR data retention
6. Email notifications:
If these are enabled the notifications are sent to the support email set in Control
7. Company informations:
These informations are synced from Control:
8. Kivra:
If a company should have Kivra enabled, the logo should be uploaded in Control on company and then enabled it here:
