Since Agreement is a self-service product, access for users ( internal or external ) cannot be granted through access groups. Each user will have access to Agreement only on the company that is registered on.
If a company is part of a corporation, this doesn't mean that users from one company will have access to Agreement for the other companies from that corporation.
Consultants don't have to grant access to Agreement for external users, any user with the "access to Drive" privilege is able to activate Agreement.
