Azets Drive offers an easy, safe, and GDPR-compliant storage and sharing of files.

Using Drive enables collaboration, streamlines daily work, and minimizes the sending of files by email. It supports file approvals, custom folder structures to fit your needs, and granular access management. All files are scanned for viruses, both when uploading and when initiating a download.

To access Drive the users needs to log in to the Cozone portal and click on the Drive icon:

After the user clicks on the Drive icon, the Drive landing page will be displayed:

1. On the right top corner, the user has different info regarding the name that he has registered in CoZone, the user's company name. By clicking on the arrow near the company name, there are some other options, as the possibility to change the language, the help manual, possibility to change the password, which will enable the user to customize his Drive view.

2. The settings icon can be used to manage the notifications that the user will receive via email when new files are uploaded to the folders on which he has access.

3. The global search bar can be used to search for files or folders the user has access to.

4. Using File Drop to consultant the user can share his files directly with the payroll or accounting consultants that have access rights to the company's file areas. The files inside “File drop” are private and can be seen only by the user that has uploaded them and the consultants, no other users will be able to view the file:

All users from a company will have access to the File Drop to consultant File Area, even if they don't have access to any other File Area.

5. Under the company name, the users will find the folders that they have access to. Here are the commonly shared folders between the company and the consultants. There is a setting in the parent folder (document area) to control who can access the files uploaded in the parent folder.

6. Document areas from external companies will appear under the “Shared with me” section.  (In the case below, the user has access to the folder “External Employees Documents” created in a different company called Employee Demo.)

7. Deleted files will be stored in “Recycle bin” for 30 days, during that time, they can be restored as long as the Document area was not deleted. You can also view and download the activity log of the files.

8. Users can find in Recent all the uploaded files, within the folders they have access to split into 2 sections:

a. From Consultant - files that were uploaded by consultant

b. To Consultant - files that were uploaded by the end-users.
