In this section, you can choose to delegate the responsibilities to another user, for a certain period of time. Even if a user does not have the attest rights, by being selected as a delegatee, it will inherit all the rights from the delegator for the delegation selected period.

The overview shows all the delegations belonging to the selected time range. The default time range begin date is the current date. If the begin or the end date of a delegation is contained in the selected time range, then the delegation will be visible.

- Past delegations cannot be removed, but you can view their details

- The ongoing delegations can be deactivated or the end date can be changed, but they cannot be removed

- The future delegations can be removed and also edited

- Hovering over "View attest groups" shows the attest groups names that have been delegated

- "Responsibilities" show the rights that were delegated

When adding a new delegation, you need to choose the specific delegator from the drop-down list. Depending on that person's right, the corresponding responsibilities, that are going to be delegated, will be displayed. If that person is an attestor in several attest groups, then you'll have to select which attest groups will be delegated.

The delegatee will also be selected from the drop-down list, and then the duration of the delegation. Creating the delegation will automatically give the attest rights to the user for the selected period, even if that user does not have the specific role assigned.

The delegation setup will check whether the user will be active during the delegation period, otherwise, the delegation cannot be configured.

When going to Employee-->HR-->Employees-->Login tab (login tab view needs certain access rights for end-users) for an employee that is also a delegatee, the delegated privileges, duration, and the delegator will be displayed under the existing assigned roles for that employee.

The delegatee will receive an email with the same details as the one displayed in the UI.
