Email configuration

Many organizations today have taken precautions to proactively prevent spam, phishing or other kinds of malign emails. This can sometimes prevent employees from receiving valuable notifications from Cozone applications (e.g. Payslip, Approval requests etc.).

To make sure such emails can be received please have our domain eu-west-1.amazonaws.com whitelisted and add noreply@azets.com as a trusted sender as this is the email address used for all emails automatically generated by Azets Cozone applications.

Outlook seems to be more restrictive than other email providers when it comes to filtering received emails. We advise you to set rules for sorting new messages or remove the automatic filters.

Filtering rules for our domain should be made directly on the organization's email server, making sure that emails don't get to the spam folder.

Here you can see some common issues when receiving emails from Amazon SES:

Firewall configuration (Websites)

If an organization (IT department) uses firewall whitelisting to restrict what websites should be accessible by employees then you can use the information below to ensure that the Azets Cozone applications can be reached. Each kind of firewall software is configured differently so refer to technical documentation specific to your firewall in regards to where to update the whitelist entries.

When possible we recommend using a wildcard *.azets.com as this will prevent issues when e.g. new services are introduced or subdomains change for other reasons. If wildcard use is not possible then use the list below.
