The Client overview


As a Azets colleague this overview will be your new default landing page when logging in to Cozone.




After a quick-setup, your clients will be displayed to you as client cards. Each card will contain information about what's going on with the client, including:

    • Status of time-reports from Employee

    • Change to files and pending approvals from Drive

    • Upcoming activities and pending calendars from Activity

    • Which applications are available to the client's users in Cozone


Each client card can be expanded, revealing more information.



For users with PMT you can connect at workspace to Cozone, to display your ready tasks. If you already have favorited/starred workspace in PMT, the tasks will be available directly. Otherwise, follow the instructions and click the link in the banner in Cozone.



If you ever want the old view back, you can always reach it by clicking on Client View in the top navigation bar.


The setup


The first time you reach the new Client Overview, no companies will be selected for tracking. Click the Setup Overview button to choose which companies you want to track




Select which of your many accessible companies you want to track on the left, and then drag and drop them into the order you want them to be in on the right. Then press save. We'll take it from there!



You can always change your selection and sorting-order later, by clicking the icon
